Data Deletion Instructions

To request that your data be deleted:


      1. Using the mobile app on your iOS or Android device, you can go to the settings page and click Delete Account and then confirming on the next page by clicking Yes Permanently Delete My Account

      1. Send an email to with the Subject line “Delete Blockseat Account”. This email must come from the same email that is associated with the account in order to be verified, and

      1. If you are unable to send an email from the primary email that is on the account, send an email to that describes the situation and we will do our best to help. Please also be prepared to show proof of identity.

    Our support staff may contact you to confirm you are the rightful owner of the account prior to deletion.
